    Worst since the new management
    The good thingsGain a lot of experience and environment quite nice and cool colleagues. Multi tasking is the best to describe his company.
    The challengesThe new management is the worst. Communication is not something that they are prioritize. Staff did get the what they suppose to get. The salary always late without any reason and communication. The management seems did not listen to what the staff want to say. Please improve on the communication and please have a justice to the staff.

    The good thingsI love my head of HR. She's the person who teach me mostly if i don't understand something. She will motivate me no matter what and always told myself never give up. Always look at the bright sight.
    The challengesEveryday has something to do and you have no time to check your phones or even have your lunch. Meeting new peoples from different deparment.

    I havee been working as Consultant Trainee for 1 year and 9 months. I have perform System Integration, User Acceptance Test also prepared training manual materials and UAT Scripts. Currently I have been handling incidents ticket.
    The good thingsI gained a lot of knowledge regarding SAP. At my present company, I have improved my communication skills and also my knowledge skills. I got an opportunity to joined one of the biggest project that called 1GFMAS (1 Government Financial and Accounting Management System). I really enjoyed working as a team as we could help each other and segregate tasks.
    The challengesAs a junior consultant, this is very challenging for me to handling users but I got helps and supportive from my colleagues and team leads to overcome the issues. My present company could be more better if they could have more social activities with their staff such as team building

    The good thingsThe opportunity to learn multiple tasks and good career development. Multi-racial organisation that allows us to mingle with all sort of backgrounds of people. Helpful colleagues and supportive team. Allows you to be independent and learn to be proactive at times. Salary is always given on time!
    The challengesNeed to multi-task and require yourself to adept with the environment quick. One must be a fast-learner to catch-up with the momentum of the company as they mean serious business. Deadline and last minutes changes are highly practiced here which sometimes can be quite a challenge to fresh graduates who are not familiar with working environment or no work experience.

PM to give opinion or report to the superior and superior will report to the upper level which using segregating work process are great and can focus on the own task.
