    Not worth your time, better find other college for experience
    The good things1. fun and understanding colleagues 2. easy access to public transportation
    The challenges1. too much task not related to job description 2. late salary payment, no EPF (for staff less than 1 year) and sometimes they like to hold staff salary on purpose 3. toxic work environment (from top management to academic management) 4. micromanaged at its best 5. high office politics especially from the academic management department

    The good thingsGood environment, staff friendly, and positive working environment. Can learn new things about library management and can increase library knowledge in every aspect.
    The challengesThe company should give better salary suit with the staff qualifications and experiences. Better salary with increased staff motivation that balances with job scope.

    Good place to learn
    The good thingsThe good things working here: 1) You can learn a lots since they fully empower their employees. 2) The top management always open their door for any ideas. 3) Almost no working politic and nice colleagues.
    The challengesThe main challenge working here is about your salary. They never miss to pay staff salary but always late. Besides, they also having problem related to EPF/KWSP due to company financial instability. In term of workload, sometime too heavy and required you to work like a machine since they are not having enough manpower..

    my experience working in iic
    The good thingsmy ex colleagues were very lively. the management was okay but of course there were some shortcomings, that's normal. as it is a new college, it is still developing and improving itself.. perhaps it'll be better in the future.
    The challengesi guess the challenges would be the clash between the academic and the management team but i think it should be settled by now. it is mostly caused by different business goals for the college. but i still think that's pretty normal

    The good thingsFRIENDLY AND HOMELY ENVIRONMENT.CREATE A SURROUNDING THAT IS CONDUCIVE TO WORK IN AND FRIENDS THAT ARE HELPFUL I HELPING OUT.
    The challengesTHE STUDENTS WHICH ARE MORE TOWARDS STUDENTS TO LECTURER ROLE, WHERE A LOT OF UNDERSTANDING AND STUDENT LECTURER INTERACTION IS NEEDED.
