    Great Environment But Low Pay
    The good thingsThe people. The company maintained a good workplace environment for its employees and there were appropriate channels for complaints and negotiations on work benefits and issues.
    The challengesOn average, turnover was high but that's because there was no way to get promoted or get better pay rise without changing jobs.
