    The good thingsLearn working world is totally different than University. Learn to do HIRADC & EASI, communicate with other people in other job spec. Learn to handle work stress and rely on other people as well. Myself as safety officer (internship) learn to improve workplace safety and to reduce accident at workplace.
    The challengesWorking with foreigners and stubborn people. There are some hard challenge when working with 2500+ staff. All of the staff always refer to ESH even when there are outside of ESH area work. There are also process engineer and maintenance & facility also working there.

    Poor Management. Poor Communications between INOKOM and Join Venture Company. For example join venture company xx department and the same xx department from INOKOM, xx dept from join venture company straight deal with yy department where actually they nee
    The good thingsFriendly and healthy environment. Lot of free time at work. No extra work after office hours. Can learn different technology from different car makers. potential to change job responsibility / career path. Free lunch. Rules not burden the employee.
    The challengesevery department at the company need to know their job scope. if the job scope still unclear , sit down all together and discuss and the meeting should joined by managers and top management. Join venture company need to respect INOKOM department job scope. they need to know who the need to deal with for certain jobs and tasks. they need to follow the job flow, not jump to last party for the tasks. for example, engineering team from join venture comp;any need to share information of certain task to INOKOM engineering team and inokom engineering team will share the tasks to other inokom department. However if they do not want to share with inokom engineering team, they should invite a meeting, joined by related department so everybody know their responsibilities. Inokom manager and join venture company manager cant tolerate to each other and they expect their subordinate able to solve everything. Others is you need to learn everything here by yourself which means company will not arrange a training for you. i have been 2 years in Inokom and my manager never arrange any training for me. it was a dissapoiment where when we try to arrange by ourself the training, no budget for that. since inokom will never have any budget accept budget from join venture company. if you want to get experience with this company please make sure your age is better 40-50 years old where at the age, you no need a lot of experience and you can already chilling with your job, no pressure. but if your still young and hungry for knowledge and experience, you better not try to join this company.
