    Work life balance is very good
    The good thingsEverything is good. Good compensation package with 13th month salary, good benefit for you & family & good office location. You can always talk and suggest things to Top Management & MD. The pantry is heaven. Maggie, snacks, veggies & various type of drinks available 24/7.
    The challengesIts growing so fast and you have to catch up fast too. Maybe can give performance bonus/incentives as additional.

    One of the coolest place to work with
    The good thingsThe clients are mostly danish companies. The work culture is really cool here. They use the latest technologies. Very good process followed in the projects. Very cool work environment. Multi national and multi cultured people working here which is good to learn lot of new skills from them. No work pressure as everything is well planned.
    The challengesAs we work with Danish people, sometimes we might need to sync with them and the time difference is something a little bit challenge but still manageable.
