    Short Experience But A Very Good One
    The good thingsGood environment, nice people, they don't judge and have good supervisor and leader. The management is okey. Received so many benefits from the company.
    The challengesAlways need to be on standby for work and able to ask people around when we didn't understand because they could be scary if we cannot deliver the output. I cried on the 1st week hahaha

    The good thingsGood that you would be able to learn the basics of software development for certain banking systems.
    The challengesA toxic environment. It has been structured in a way where everyone else are to be at fault except for the top management. There is no harmony in the working culture. The only music you will hear is a full load of foul language from the management.

    I had so much experience including fix the issue (programming) ,handle the client when on site and do documentation like incident report and deployment checklist
