    Good work life balance
The good thingsGet to learn about new technology to do my work. Free hand to come up with ideas. Can get help from colleagues if don't know how to do my tasks, worse case talk to management (my supervisor said, ask questions if got problem, don't keep quiet and get stress)
The challengesOffice is a bit quiet, very different from my previous job - have to get use to. May be because less staff here and some staff are using headset

10 years and still going strong
The good things1. Work life balance. Hardly have to stay past 6.00pm even though office hour ends at 5.45pm except for occasional stay back when there are events which is understandable 2. The Management here practices open door policy, I can reach out to them anytime when I have questions about my work 3. Colleagues are friendly and helpful 4. Quiet and peaceful working environment, not much chattering
The challengesSabotage by ex-staff, especially those who no longer work here due to tardiness (comes to work late more than 70% of the time) and those who can't perform.

My boss was strict but a good teacher
The good thingsExcellent personal development. I learnt to understand how things work, I mean the reason behind why we have to do things in certain ways. My boss was not an easy person to work with because of high attention to detail, quality, logic, etc. but an excellent learning ground for young person like me.
The challengesHave to force myself to be careful, check and read everything before taking any action. But I think this is a good habit to have although sometimes it takes me longer to finish my job - but I make less mistakes and learn more.

    Grateful and interesting
The good thingsA lot of learning, interesting company to work for. Really practice what it preaches, risk management. Fast reaction to crisis, interesting way of thinking and responding to situations. Caring employer during this difficult period. Our CEO even surprises us with home baked brownies delivered to our home during the MCO, really appreciate it.
The challengesThings can move quite fast, so have to work harder to catch up

    So far so good experience
The good thingsLots of friendly colleagues. Salary is on time. Top management supportive and motivate us about jobs/task. Company has SOP, so easy to do my work -no need to scratch my head.
The challengesSome less mature colleagues have bad discipline at work, not focus on job - very distracting and stressful to those who want to work. Should consider hiring more mature staff.

    Enjoying it
The good thingsNo politics. Nice colleagues, bosses, office, like what I am doing - can't ask for more. The best part is my boss agreed to allow me to focus on the area of work that I like and good at and find a new staff to handle the other portion of work. I also like the fact that I am treated as an individual in the company, and not just a "staff ID" - have one to one session with bosses.
The challengesAs what I am working on is a new thing that the company is embarking on, need to spend time to researching and reading, luckily I can still manage. So, can be a bit stressful when deadline is near but I guess it's a positive stress.

    Caring employer
The good thingsOnce you adapt to the pace of working, you will be fine. Work pace is quite fast, so cannot lepak. But I am enjoying it now since I am already settle into my work schedule and task. Nice colleagues, bosses, get perks like free hotel stay, office outing, etc.
The challengesCompany is strict on discipline and performance. Recently, not confirming new staff because of discipline and non performance. Therefore, need to make sure that I deliver my job on time based on quality that I promised and don't oversleep in the morning.

    Great place to work!
The good thingsI like the style of work, we (my boss and I) agree the deliverables (with specific deadline) and I just follow it. I guest that's because I am good at my work so my boss trust me with my work. Lots of learning since the organisation is very flat and my boss is very happy to share experience and listen to my ideas.
The challengesI am always asked to research for better ways to improve my work which is a good thing but that means I have to be on my toes all the time. But I am taking it positively.

    Micromanaging Superior
The good thingsOnly lunch time where we can talk freely with colleagues which is super friendly. They will share a lot of experience related to their job scope. You will learn more as the colleagues is not afraid to share their experience.
The challengesMicromanage boss. By micromanage means, the boss will keep track of your time even if you go to the toilet. It will be great if the boss can do a lot of listening rather than shouting. Only good thing about boss is sharing experience.

    high turnover staff...
The good thingsThis company very good in bluffing when interview that time.
The challengesI work for few days only then I see one by one staff go until no motivation to work ady. Will get scolding a lot la and don't give room to improve. Also don't allow you to make mistakes when no training is given. the working experience here really is very different.

Great place to earn a good commission and making contacts
The good thingsCommission is good Get to interact directly with my top management, something that I never get to do before this Great personal development opportunity from personal feedback, advise and encouragement from my boss which I also didn't get from my previous company Good exposure to how corporate companies work since I need to deal with top corporate companies and their executives Get to work with smart bosses, which is rare nowadays Management is caring and honest
The challengesProfession hazard, it's a sales job - so need to be focus to achieve sales target. Anyway, this is the same everywhere Because this company has rapid promotion criteria, I need to continuously to perform to become a manager in the shortest time frame

Opened my eyes to new work experience and opportunities
The good thingsI learned a lot of new skills and experiences and benefitted from the closely knit team and close relationship with Management and the Directors. This allow me to grow fast in knowledge and I was rewarded by promotions and salary increments. When I left, I really missed working for a professional company like ierp. Benefits package provided is very good comparative to other companies.
The challengesAfter finish working here, pace of learning and professional development at other companies is very slow in comparison.

    Excellent organisation to develop in
The good thingsLots of exposure and guidance. Mistakes are used as learning opportunities and employees are encouraged to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities. Benefits package even includes education support, gym subsidies, timeshare facilities, etc. As the company is growing internationally, the promotion prospects are great!
The challengesThe company pace is fast and working environment is professional. If you want to lean and progress, this is a great environment. However, if you just want to lepak and makan gaji buta, this is would not be the place for you.
