    Not a good place for career development due to poor management level.
    The good thingsGood work relationship with colleagues.
    The challengesHigh turnover rate. People come and leave. Dealing with poor management with unexpected operation. Never say no or you may kiss goodbye to your kpi and bonuses.

    Journey of Discovery
    The good thingsLearning about other cultures even though same country, that there is another world out there for us to discover and explore, the school and its students had a good feel to it.
    The challengesTrying to get used to the system such as no public transportation, food costs was a real eye-opener as well.Adapting to life on campus.
