    The good thingsyes, i did. this is good job and good company and I always finish the job on time I do a good cooperation and coordination with the team. All work will be easier if planned and implemented with good cooperation.
    The challengesI think all the work has its challenges. the toughest is when we do the coordination, because each person has a great idea and here we need the best. Working at height safety require additional however we are required to be able to finish the work on time, so we should be able to harmonize between speed and safety.
