    The good thingsGood for developing skills if you are fresh and willing to learn, Good managers here who are willing to teach and share their experience. Parking allowance, meal allowance
    The challengesAverage pay, peanuts bonus. Do not expect to get promoted even though you are good but you are not 'old' enough to get promoted as a senior. Contracts are good but HR was just following whatever is written in the book.

    The challengesTo fully utilize all material at site to avoid wastage. Then, 1st things for Bonus is punctuality. Only can get late 1time per month with not exceed 5minutes or penalty during bonus.
