    Experience as customer
    The good thingsMy experience as customer has been fantastic. The sales followed up on my project well n the company worked well to deliver the project. When we voiced out out concerns they were there to listen too
    The challengesThere were some limitations largely because they are intermediary n is sandwiched between principals n customers. However they made a point to listen n feedback. We did not get all things we want but we still felt we are heard. Sales is professional.

    The good thingsUnlike other big companies, here you can find abundance of opportunities to learn new knowledge and gain new experiences.
    The challengesFast paced working environment however fear not as majority of staffs are friendly and willing to guide and you through.

    The good thingsWide exposure for oil and gas sector. Develop worker to be self starter, independent and hardworking person.
    The challengesLow increment, bad support by top management and Office politic. Stressful and high workload. No second thought to stay over 1/2 year or will get stuck there forever.

    The challengesWill have to do pump selection for different suppliers. Might have to OT sometimes without extra payment. Not much technical growth.
