Everyday is a new chapter of our work as we will facing an interesting environment. As a Human Resource Executive, i need to ensure all parties in the company get all info about what they want and need. Dealing with staff who low motivated in their work is the biggest challenge. I am very happy with my job as a HR Executive. Unfortunately due to economic downturn, we have no choice but to accept that the company no longer need the service of their staff.
