Worth to explore the career opportunity
The good things-Hybrid working days . RSU and profits sharing for high performance . -good management and environment
The challengesDo: Proactive person is recommended since you need to be able to solve the problem independently with minimal supervision . Don't : Less benefits in term of allowance .

    Great support from top management
The good thingsThe MD himself understood and promote EHS to all employees. Great top to bottom communication creates good working environment and clear objective and target to achieve. Achieve the KPI and the rewards are enough to make you smile for the rest of the year!
The challengesNon that big enough to make me looking for other company.

    Stepping stone for fresh grads
The good thingsRecognition in this company is really good. Just do your job well and on time, a lot of recognition/benefits will be channeled to you for sure (increment and profit sharing). Competitive bonus and profit sharing track record. Good environment on the manufacturing floor. Good place to learn if you're a fresh grad engineer. Good coffee machine at office.
The challengesNot enough team building activities so the relationship between team members and inter-departmental communication/ties is not well established. Small pantry/common area in the office. Typical politics in management level, every company has this, so I dont mind.

    Review - IDT
The good thingsTry hard to sustain employees and keep them motivated. Listen to feedback and do market research on employee benefits. Generally, good working culture. Good work/life balance.
The challengesNot a leader in employee benefits. Follower, not a leader. Always trailing behind other companies in the semiconductor industry. Too slow in making changes. The HR organization in the company is extremely weak and is not creative. Very little development and trainings for employees.

    Work Work Work
The good thingsGood pay and benefits, RSU, medical, dental and optical subsidy. The best part is we can manage and work independently. As long as you get your work done you're alright. Bonus+profit sharing so far not let me down and I'm looking forward to the end of year to hear what will be the announcement.
The challenges15 years with this company with 5 different CEO's. Each of them have different ways of doing things. There are quarterly/yearly goals that set by the company. So, what I learned from here is either we like it or not we need to get it done. The challenge is how to position ourselves to align with company's directions. Not in sync with the company's direction means we just press 'stress' button.

    Experience in IDT
The good thingsthe company size is small. Can learn a lot of things especially production issue. Due to the company size is small, so the contribution easy to recognized by management.
The challengesThe challenges is need to self improvement especially the skill and knowledges as this company not provides many opportunity to attend the training either internal or external.
