    Experience varies depending on team
The good thingsThe hierarchy within the team is quite flat, no seniority politics. Interns and junior staffs are encouraged to ask seniors for help if they get stuck. Some seniors will ask directly if they noticed you are struggling. Most of the colleagues are friendly and are always willing to spare some time to brainstorm solutions together. Pantry budget is acceptable per team and staff have flexibility to request for certain items. Interns are entitled to the same OT claims as full time staff.
The challengesAnnual bonus is quite low and frankly, almost insulting. Crazy hours can be expected when deadline is nearing and manpower is insufficient for the amount of work and timeline given. Clients are very demanding.

The good thingsI would only can point out that all the bad reviews about working hours in this company is due to banking working ethic that demands on time project deliverable and fast in resolving errors. Because cash is king. period. Despite that, relentless and devoted Project Manager will guide and burning midnight oil with you in preparing to code drop bug fixes and request
The challengesI learn a lot during vacant in this company. The company already doing its best. What I might want to change is the banking unforgiving working ethic.

Experience does shape a person traits
The good things-Client are exactly from Banking Industry, so expect many unfamiliar terms and be ready to learn new things. -Salary on-time -Involve in a project will gain you more knowledge and train you to be a better person in critical decision making, as well as how to handle the situation. -Some Software Engineer are approachable and some are don't. Be friend with them, you will easily understand your work better as they're the person behind of what you're doing. -Don't afraid to ask question, you don't lose anything. You will gain the knowledge. -Certain project are very busy, certain are don't. -Every hard work is an achievement. Reward yourself. Don't stress always.
The challenges-Aircond super cold. Try get used to the toilet. -No proper training -Not a good place if you're a lazy and not willingly to learn type of person

    A Good Working Environment
The good things- Salary is on time - Good place to learn new technologies, skills and working exposure - Customers are banks and the projects timeline is based on the bank projects timeline. - Flexibility and trusts given to employees - Very caring team - Always have projects and this allow me to work daily on improving my coding skills and not behind. (My previous company has little projects until the company was closed down) - Always organize team lunches for teams
The challengesAs developers, if you like coding and programming, you will feel good to resolve issues. If you are kind of person who are not technically minded, you may find this place difficult for you.

The good thingsThe good things you manage to learn a lot of HR job task. Working environment is silent , less communication , only use skype as medium to communicate even the distance from your colleagues is behind you.
The challenges- too much workload , but still can manage and coop at one time. - the leader from other department is choosy and quite annoying.

Pretty stressful, yet a very good experience to have.
The good thingsThe tense environment really open my eyes on experiencing what is it like to be working as an adult worker. The company did have all the benefits other companies mainly have. Medical, overtime, meal, mileage claims and others, you may review it on Jobstreet!
The challengesIt is a norm working until late hour for a big and an international company. The latest I've had to stay is until 10.30 pm. Although we can do claim, but it does not produce an efficient worker. Most employee came to work and rush to continue their work with tight face.

The good thingsThere's a lot of opportunity for you to learn new things (Technically). You won't be focusing on one thing, you'll be doing almost everything. The management expect you to do everything. There are times where you can involve in User Requirement Session. Salary If you're really good, you can get good increment. Good in terms of commitment to the project and technically good. Flexi hours
The challengesSalary: You need to request/appeal so that you can get better salary Working Hours: You need work extra hours everyday and sometimes in the weekend. It would be better if the management can give option to work from home Office Environment: Quite dull, no extra things (Good Pantry like Quintic) or activity room Office Activity: Limited to RM30/3months.
