    The good thingsAt Intel, the workplace is generally well-organized and professional. Safety, cleanliness, and process discipline are taken seriously, especially in Assembly & Test. You’re not just “doing a job” — there are clear SOPs, training modules, and support systems so people know what they’re doing and why it matters.
    The challengesFast-paced environment – Things change quickly (new tools, new processes, new products), so you must adapt fast.

    The good thingsCompetitive pay, frequent bonus, lots of perks, training courses for learning.
    The challengesPersonally, most of difficulty is the willingness of seniors to help you in your journey here. You can't do anything alone because always need to align with their expectations of your results. If your senior is supportive all the way, good for you. Otherwise if you and your senior not on good terms, your time here is done. Also depends on other department staff treatment towards you, if they give you proper information required for your tasks then okay.
