    Best benefits with shaking plans
    The good thingsHave vehicle interest subsidy, house interest subsidy for grade 7 above, senior level above eligible to get Intel shares, have Penang toll and BKE toll subsidy, have internet subsidy, 3 months once min 250usd to maximum 500usd bonus depend on KPI reached.
    The challengesVery unstable planning. Always have unpredictable changes. Slightly meaningless monitoring and overlook to important monitoring. Penang Intel overdo everything compared to US Intel causes a lot of conflict and struggle for engineers and some cold war between managements.
