    LOOKS GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE BUT NOT SO GREAT ON THE INSIDE
    The good thingsThe flexibility working in branch level given to us
    The challengesEverything is being calculated for and shortchanged severely during the pandemic amongst staff. Staff benefits are not that great and has been in reducing mode since 2015/2016 such as attendance reward, dental, specs, blood test , co trips which have all been scrapped
