Very good experiences

The good thingsLearning about the s.o.p the proper way of comunication with client and knowing about the procedure how to explain with clients about their debt and very happy because can solve clients problem..

The challengesIts a bit challenged me if i cannot manage to get any client to get fullsettlement..because i only can get comission if i can hit the monthly target that given to us..if i cannot hit the target,im just get my basic salary..
