    Was good in the beginning for starter, for long term will be a big challenged. Management will not take action on countering office politics. Reported to management still same.

    The good thingsYoung and energetic team member and bosses willing to listen to staff recommendation and staff welfare were well taken care off.
    The challengesDifferent bosses with different style of working, thus recommended to have good presentation that meet different expectation.

    I waited 6 years - before the big jump
    The good thingsI enjoy doing my task that requires me to challenge myself to deal with different people at different level. I was highly recognized by clients because of my effort spent on helping them troubleshooting IT operational issues as well as providing better solution based on the current assessed situation. This has successfully kept me going for 6 years straight with the company.
    The challengesAlthough entrusted with various projects, the company did not provide room for improvement to grow further into the next level. Promises are broken every single year. No trainings. Acknowledgement only happens during my 5th year of employment. People are hardly encourage to do better and internal conflict are taken one-sided. Management reluctant to promote despite my constant deliverable.
