    Terrible Company with CCTV everywhere!
    The good thingszero..none whatsoever. management likes to monitor everyone using cctv.
    The challengescctv are everywhere in the office. better check for it before using the toilet.

    The good thingsthe best thing to be at Interbase was the awesome meeting rooms, great stand meeting table and great view of casual time playing PS2. Good pantry with cafe design
    The challengesYou need to have great perseverance here. If not you will not win a chance to stand in this company. Chalange in work you need to be creative and very fast.

    A good place for growth of your career
    The good thingsI think this company deserves better than those suddenly emerged 1 stars; this place is a great place to work with as long as you are wiling to learn and adapt. The colleagues here are friendly, wonderful people who are willing to guide you and very supportive too. This big family have made me grow so much in both career and personal aspect and I'm forever grateful of all the experience it has ever offered me, and it is due to the experience gained here that helped me landed my next career.
    The challengesBe reminded at times it could be chaotic and many things are not well planned. This will definitely challenge how well you can adapt to changes and problem solving skills.

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things from all aspect & departments. good in team work. They help each other when we face issue in daily routine. Exposed to a lot of different subjects. Giving a lot of responsibilities. I was able to really grow in this company. Management was really helpful and involved. People were friendly and the work environment is super good.
    The challengesI think the challenge is that you want to keep up with the others and always give your best as everyone is working hard to make it work. You have to know slightly almost anything and everything that is related to your job, even if it's not related to you. No proper SOP documentation, so sometimes you need to learn from scratch. May need to work on weekend sometimes, or be on call even when on leave.

    Good Place to Try New Things
    The good thingsHave a crazy idea? This place would be a great place to explore new ideas! It encourages innovation and new idea development. No rigid work time, as long as you complete 8 working hours everyday. Employee turnover is quite low here (depending which department you work at). Colleagues are nice and helpful. You get to learn anything and everything that you want to learn if you put your mind to it.
