    The challengesBad management. Save cost by switching off aircon in office, feel very stuffy and hard to focus on work. Late bonus. Alot of Politics. Alot of last minute changes. Micro manage leader. Poor Excom members.

    Not having a good communication in the team
    The good thingsGood management, they also welcoming differences in cultures. Working benefits is quite good. Human Resources team did their work pretty good in handling their staff problems and requirement.
    The challengesThey should communicate better in team and give opportunities to someone new to show themselves. They should do a rotation in schedule and be fair to everyone as we are working in a team. As a team everyone in the team should sharing information or knowledge for a better achievement.

    The good thingsTraining that being provided, good environment to work, equipped with necessary tools. The management encourage employees to engaged with the program that organized by corporate office. Best of all employers give extra cash on festive season such as Angpow worth of MYR 200 on Chinese new year and Hari Raya.

    The good thingsThey have employee engagement and pulse survey to get employee feedback very accurately. Do action plan accordingly the survey to serve staff better benefit, from there staff would serve better to the guest.

    The challengesHave to always face to fuzzy guest and they are very demanding.. But, some guest are nice too, so it's actually depends on how you can handle it, for me it was like normal, because I already get used to it.

    The good thingsRecognized each employee as asset to the company. Take care of staff welfare and benefits. Provided adequate training for each level of staff in order to meet customer service orientated. Also celebrate different culture.
    The challengesCommunication barrier among leaders in the company does not escalate to junior staffs. Staff turnover and continuous training and hiring process creates more challenges to improved.
