I'm satisfied working here because the management didn't give me any stress. The management only wanted to make sure each task was finished and reported to them. It's good to start a career in education line.
The good thingsEasy to communicate and cooperate with the management and with all the staff. I learn more about the managerial role and documentation preparation. It's good for people to start gaining experience before working with a big company.
The challengesIt is too hard to gain experience because the system set up by the management is not strong enough and still uses the old methods. Each staff was not clear with their main role because management gave too many tasks.

The good thingsHave gain alot of experience and can work in a fast pace. Due to everyday doing the same thing.
The challengesChallenges working in this company are, I manage to work and gain knowledge of how to know if the students from different countries applying for their student VISA are really studying or working after I ask few questions like, why do you want to study this course and why does it benefit you?
