I've learned and grow a lot with this fine institution.
The good thingsMy working environment is conducive and the staff are always supportive of each other. Everyone is diligent and motivated to give their best and always give suggestions for improvement. The institution gives freedom to their academicians to teach the students creatively and it has produced many successful graduates. Annual leaves are given generously and the medical and dentist benefits are also very good.
The challengesThere could be improvement in the facilities sections as well as staff events and salary according to the staff performance. Other than that this institution is very generous to its staff.

The challengesTo ensure the students success in their academic and also their life. The main challenge is when we have to tolerate, understand & deal with students from Gen Y. We need to learn, adapt & try to understand their 'world' in order to get their attention & interest in study

    Learning Organization
The good thingsthe working environment where the staff and management can share the idea and contribute for the organization prosper. Giving some token on annual basis even though the company does not meet the annual target.
The challengeschanging the mind set of some team members in facing the turbulence and new changes. Hopefully they aware this is for their good.
