    The good thingsWe have a great management team that cares and listens to their employees point of view. Everyone is treated equally and good work life balance.
    The challengesThe culture among team mates were different and hard to cope in the beginning, but now things are much better. A good culture (team work) is being spread and followed.

    It was good before until management change
    The good thingsYou'll learned lots of things, The people are friendly. There will be a lot of work so in term of boring, you might never have that but maybe too much work. segregation of work is bad here.
    The challengesSome of the management never seen the work of the operation and they hardly understand the process; yet they keep on complaining without listening.

    work system too manual take long hours to handle task, impacted staff have to workshift long hours.

    The exposure is so great
    The good thingsYour general knowledge will be upgraded. With the work exposure that you will be doing, you will come across much general knowledge about the whole world in general in terms of tourist attractions, what are the services that we can offer. It beyond a person imagination. Is like you do not have travel to discover, the research made for our clients will make you feel like you are there.
    The challengesOf course when we encounter short of teammates, that when the workload will be a bit extra. But not to worry, of reporting managers will be on the floor to help us with the workload. We do have an excellent team member.

    The good thingsThe company's environment is good. We will received an appreciation token for any achievement. If there are any problem,we can discuss directly with our manager and try to solve the problem. We work as a team and support each other.

    The challengesManagement can't make up their mind. When I was there, the company restructure twice in 1 year. You will totally feel like you are just a headcount, the company doesn't fully care about you. Company is stingy.
