Goos for fresh grads. For experienced people, don't bother. The good thingsGood for fresh grads to have a compehensive experience and steep learning curve
The challengesI never given a company less than a 4-stars rating, but this one is serious. While the people are helpful, I'd advise anyone approached by their talent hunter to be highly cautious. The turnover rate is incredibly high, and you won't see any job opening on Jobstreet or any site because they know it is a red flag having to re-advertise jobs. I decided to write an honest review so people do not make the same mistakes. Ask below questions to the recruiter, GM, or the hiring manager (if any of them answered exactly like this, run).
1. Why you don't see job ad for this position? (They'd say they prefer ask customers for best salespersons)
2. Is this expansion or replacement (invariably answered by 'both')
3. What is the limit for outstation accommodation? (They will say 'no limit')
4. What is the commission structure (they will say '5%GP')
I'm sure there are many more. Please reached out to recent ex-employees for advise and review. Every important element that made me consider taking the role dissipitated into thin air. It seems none what I understood about benefits, commission, and job growth appeared to be truthful. Ask hard questions and record or recap in an email and get them to acknowledge what you have discussed. Be smarter. If you're desparate for jobs, you might consider; otherwise, go elsewhere.
