    I learn to do many things in this company.
    The good thingsThey will give yearly bonus in every chinese new year with 1 weeks of holidays. They really take care all of their employees.
    The challengesTheir yearly increment too low and they need to pay more attention for their staff that do a lot of work.

    The good thingsThe company give me so much experience.They make me learn how to clear my job.If I make a mistake they will show me how to handle it without prejudice.
    The challengesSometimes when the customers have a problem they will not give the customers solutions.They just give the customer help after the customer make some report or else.
