    Good working experience & environment
The good thingsYou will have the opportunities to inspire students and help them discover what are the possible pathways for them in future. Comfortable & pleasant working environment, with friendly colleagues and understanding superiors.
The challengesWorking on weekends are normal over here. Hit sales target is the KPI and you will feel pressure if you do not enjoy or commit into this role.

Keep tracking of processes and fulfilling corporate's instructions
The good things1) Clear working flow and processes 2) Democratic environment in voicing out thoughts
The challengesMost of the time is spent on keep tracking of processes, producing endless documents, meeting corporate's expectations, inefficient interdepartmental collaboration (to meet KPIs). Even emphasis on teaching and learning is only blended learning (which proves to be a burden to both lecturers and students), not f2f teaching pedagogy.

    So far so good.
The good thingsEmployer is great and friendly. Working like a family. Everyone is friendly and full of energy. Very supportive and of course very helpful.
The challengesNumbers and words is a challenges for me as I don't stare at computer and work. But eventually you'll get use to it. Everything have to be accurate and if a mistake is made, exam paper will leak. So if it leak, the whole college won't get to sit in exam because of our mistake.

The good thingsI love the environment and i do enjoy working with my colleagues. I find that in my department we work very well as a unit.
The challengesWe need to do alot of extra activities to get good kpi. Even when i was active with extra work which involves working on weekends, you do not feel that you were rewarded. The only satisfaction comes from your colleagues and completing your work. Also, decision to reward a staff is decided by the head office of which i do not agree because people in head office wouldn't know how we work.

The good thingsOpportunities to innovate and create new frameworks and methodologies. Good insights into the sales segment of the industry and it has allowed me to improve my personal skills and management.
The challengesShould have better opportunities in terms of career development and pathway. Better work life integration would be a good - plus, remuneration package may not match with the level of responsibilities.

The good thingsAward the employee accordingly through their performance; minimum level of office politics; understanding and caring superior; reasonable non-monetary rewards; appliance with all necessary legal rules and laws; positive working environment; able to maintain good colleagues relationship; taking care of employee's working satisfaction; providing relevant training to improve staff working ability.
The challengestoo much of standard of procedure, reduce it may be better; too many college activities, less leisure hours for self-improvement.
