Great learning experience as fresh graduate
The good thingsINTI provided me a good learning experience. INTI Subang staffs are mostly cooperative and willing to support colleagues from different departments. Good environment to work with, with staffs and academia who are inspired to provide better learning opportunities to the students.
The challengesSalary is average. There are times when extra efforts are needed to push for success. Need to push yourself to learn fast and provide efficient productivity. Can be stressful during the semester when the events and activities are ongoing at same time.

A great opportunity to learn, grow and be a better you and grab better opportunity
The good thingsMy colleagues here are superb and students here are good! A good work-life balance work.
The challengesNo bonus&increment in past few years which made staffs' life difficult and unable to keep up with the increasing cost of living and unable to sustain their lifestyle. Top management is sucks yet so demanding when they do not rewards their staffs properly. Employees' insurance been revoked as well. Staffs are really lack of motivation.

Used to be good, not anymore
The good thingsGood for those who want to earn extra income by working on weekends. Very high staff/sibling/child discounts for studying in INTI
The challengesThe management expects you to work 24/7 everyday. They micromanage everyone. Results are everything. No mercy for sickness. They will force you to work and burn your leaves.

    Amazing yet tiring
The good thingsPeople who worked here always welcoming me warmly whenever I came to the office. Even though I'm a part-time student, they're still considering me as a part of their family in the office. We shared cookies, candies, sweets and many things and it's really touched
The challengesI'm a part-time student, and yes of course I found some obstacle whenever I wants to go to work. For example, unexpected replacement class, class-assignment that must be submitted at the same day or my body that doesn't feeling well. But everything can be solved because people here, in my office always support my priority first, study.

A great place to gain a whole lot new knowledge on blended learning and learning using technology.
The good thingsThe organization provides great perks on medical, dental, life insurance, new sets of training for soft skills, modern education, and supportive team to work with. They also support the staff for self-development in which they are able to work at a flexible time, with an average workload.
The challengesOnly a small challenge if you want to come and work here: you will probably feel a little overwhelmed with the paper works, administrative tasks (aside from teaching and planning), and the organization's policy. Eventually, everyone gets a hang of it and manages to pull through.

Good place for learning new things and working procedures.
The good thingsGood working relationships with colleagues and there are often internal training that help you better yourself as an educator and as a fellow working employee. There are also extra curricular activities that allow you to interact with your fellow colleagues from the other departments. Occasionally, there will be gatherings and also mini-treats like group movie watching.
The challengesThere are constant changes that benefits the growth of the staff. However, you would need to be patient and take it in with much hope and lots of stride. There can be lots of paper work but it does support the work that you are entrusted to do. Additionally, as an educator you will require lots of patience when dealing not only with the students but with the parents as well. So for those looking to applying, good luck!

    Rewarding Experience
The good thingsIt's my 2nd year at INTI. I enjoy working here with my supportive colleagues, and my wise boss. The management is quite transparent as info dissemination is frequent and clear. My career is fast-tracked at INTI as well as I have been given many opportunities to be the best I can. It's truly a joy to work at this institution.
The challengesChallenges are common. So far, I am able to resolve issues effectively with the help of my boss and colleagues, and co-operation from other departments. The support is always there.

    Working at INTI Subang
The good thingsI enjoy the current Learning Management System (Blackboard) INTI is using to teach the students which makes the college a more student-centered learning instution. With some guidance, lecturers are given some freedom on how to conduct lecturers and grade the students.
The challengesSince I am quite new in this college, getting started with the course notes and learning to teach new topics can be quite challenging. Getting students to interact and do their work in the LMS can also be hard.

Never know if you never try
The good thingsI learned a lot of new things - making new friends, how to survive in this new environment. As for me, as I am only 18 but already experience how its feel to work in the office with great seniors , it helps me a lot especially it gains my confidence level.
The challengesI will give my best commitment towards the job given. And also increase the quality of jobs given to me. Time management is also an important aspect to be improve by myself.

The good thingsflexible working hours for lecturers. good HR who protect well the employee. lecturers also can develop their higher education over there because the company give up to 70% discount on tuisyen fees fo doing MBA over there.
The challengesThe challenges are lecturer needs to rush when marking paper because the time line is very short and if can in future give more time for them to do good marking without any mistake. classes size also need to monitor because sometimes is overloaded and make lecturer in trouble.
