    Good workplace, but poor compensation
The good thingsNice colleagues, lecturers and unlimited parking spaces.
The challengesNo bonuses or incentive, making employees feel undervalued. Even if managers acknowledged your efforts, they don't have the power to ensure growth or rewards. Upper management shows little care for staff's well-being and often break promises, especially when it comes to salary or bonuses.

The good thingsGreat incentive payout to Sales Executive, however it's likely to be changed anytime.
The challengesShort vision of new company management. There is no strategy or plan for the company in either short or long terms. Consistently flip-flopped on given instructions by the company management.

Committed to its vision and mission
The good thingsGood work ethics - teamwork, giving our best to students, everyone is passionate about what they do. Holds strongly to its vision and mission.
The challengesToo much competition from other colleges and universities - it needs to find its niche among all the schools.

    Positive work culture!
The good things- Very caring and friendly work environment - Management is quite generous with yearly bonus :) - Flexible working hours (lecturers) - Though payment is quite average but others perks like benefits coverage and free parking is good. - Very good working environment, friendly staff and positive cycle of people.
The challenges- Training was always from in-house trainer (sometimes quite unrelated or quite hard to apply to our job scope) - Need to invest more for good trainings especially for academic staff.

    Internship consideration
The good thingsHaving an internship where I have studied for 2.5 years back then was comforting since I am already familiar with the place. But that's not to say that there's nothing new for me to learn. The department I worked in is the IT Services department, the staff there were really friendly and helpful. Even after finishing my internship and continuing to study there, I still visit the department from time to time.
The challengesSince I have already studied here for some time, I was already acquainted well with the place, meaning there wasn't any need for working on my adaptability skills. I also continued my degree course right after my internship, so I didn't have to worry about finding a job after this internship. I think this would not be beneficial for those who are working right after their internship as they might need to reapply somewhere else if they decided to not continue working there. This means they will have to readjust themselves in a new environment.

    Pros and Cons in Education
The good thingsPretty lenient workload for the actual job, teaching hours not so heavy
The challengesWorkload not relating to the actual job is ridiculous, in addition to the lack of transparency from upper management regarding certain executive decisions which may affect the staffs job security is also one of the things the company should improve on

Great environment to work - you will love the students!
The good thingsThere is a lot to learn and teach - but i guess the best things about INTI is that we learn a lot during our stint here.
The challengesThe workload is high, no kidding. Sometimes too much expectations on one person. Very stressful , depending on your boss.

Amazing work environment with great leaders!
The good thingsMost of the leaders were visionary and were good team players. Colleagues were very supportive and great team players. Overall a very conducive working environment with a good potential to grow.
The challengesThe policy makers were not necessary from the education sector, hence had minimal/no relevant knowledge of the context of implementing something new.

    I love this place!
The good thingsThe company culture is good, a good industry to work in for those of us who are not academicians. Some of the leaders are really great! Staff have the opportunity to take part in activities, other than their daily routine work. Working hours are quite flexible as well, as long as you get your job done.
The challengesSome managers are good, some are not so good as expected in a company. The opportunities to grow is a bit limited, internal promotion does happen but it is usually outsiders who get hired to take on managerial roles if the incumbent leaves.

Work more, learn more, stress more, no time for yourself
The good thingsTraining for staffs, career development, good for startup, medical benefits are good compared to most companies.
The challengesFrom time to time, you are required to hold more responsibilities with a promise that \"compensation\" will be made (promotion, higher increment and bonus). However, most of the time will not come true. Also, the position and salary do not match the responsibilities a staff has. You just need to work like a robot (no personal time for yourself).

    Good company with acceptable benefits.
The good thingsConsistent benefits as well as nice, friendly colleagues in my specific department. The staff discount for studying in INTI is totally great if one wishes to pursue postgrad while working in INTI.
The challengesIt would be nice if we could have more career growth or development activities for non-academician employees.
