The good things- Learn to handle different Operating Systems: windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 - Troubleshoot printer, computer and notebook problems - Learn to use UBS stock control - Learn Vision System - Learn to handle CPanel webmail server - Learn to do management & record all information

The challenges- Search & read a lot of troubleshooting information in order to overcome some server, computer, printer, notebook, and networking problems - Think more further & capture the details of problems that never faced before & try to troubleshoot in short period of time - Learn other new things rather than just computer, laptop, printer, server and networking area
