    You need to brace yourself as vessel need 24hr maintenance, its like your hate love relationship from a clingy boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife
    The good thingsI have my best procurement team so far inclusive my HOD during my day working here. -A lot of public holidays taken inclusive KL and Selangor area, following Petronas holiday take on. -Holiday on Sat & Sunday- but need to be ready all the time for urgent matter only. - Medical insurance provided. - polish your negotiation skills.
    The challengesTend to have conflict between technician due to urges to receive item order. -Workload is there due to vessel need 24 hour attention, yet to be confirmed by vessel job. If the vessel on hire, then you will know your duty is crucial that moment. -But since company has been jump in new system, I'm sure that they lighten the procurement burden. -Communication between people within company is quite tough, you need have capabilities to handle if you're here. most of them is kind, but some of them, you need to find a key to win win situation somehow with those people. Goodluck!!

    The good thingsemployer help to build trust and knowledge for the position. need to enhance self confidence in planning, organizing and also sourcing of crew for vessel.
    The challengesnon-stop working as i need to standby for 24 hours for vessel operations and also crew changes activities. employee need to to know the time that need to put stop and re-start so work life balance can be achieved.

    The good thingsGood thing is the company do provide outdoor and indoor activity for team gathering and building out team work after office hour such as badminton every week, movie day once a month, farewell party sponsor from our boss, annual dinner lucky draw gift for every employee. Hope in future there is employee development and training provided.
    The challengesHave to be very independent in handling all the task as no training is provide properly even you are a newly join staff. Newly join staff have to be pro active in the company. Guideline from top management is limit, and less appreciation from the KL HQ team.
