    The good thingsGood start for fresh & young man who can expose for servicing different clientele Reward base on self performance but also subject to company performance Yearly annual trip for confirm employees Friendly co-worker & comfortable environment and given parking allowance and also travel
    The challengesThe workload can be heavy sometimes, and given lesser time to cope Have to be self-motivated to handle the issue Top management seldom listen to the lower level feedback and lack of communicate among each others on some issues Can be stressful if the project is very urgent and to meet client expectation also long hours work depends on project load

    Great employer with great employee benefits
    The good thingsFor fresh graduates, it is recommended to give it a try as all the colleagues are happy to guide you patiently. There are various employee benefits that the other companies might not be able to provide. Not to mention, the company has monthly get-together in order to bond among the colleagues. Besides, there are also annual trips for employees.
