    The good thingsWorking in the Shipping & Logistics department at Intretech Malaysia has been a truly rewarding experience. Within just over a year, I was promoted from Assistant Manager to Manager — a strong reflection of how the company recognizes and values hard-working employees. The support I receive from both top and bottom levels of the organization has been outstanding. Our CEO and GM are approachable and responsive, and the teamwork across departments makes daily operations smoother and more enjoyable. Intretech Malaysia is a place where dedication is appreciated, growth is possible, and employees feel genuinely supported
    The challengesLike any growing organization, there are still areas that can be improved. Cross-department communication can sometimes be a challenge, especially when collaborating with our counterparts from the China mainland. With continued alignment and clearer communication channels, I believe these challenges can be further reduced over time.

    Not recommended at all to work here. Waste of time.
    The good thingsI couldn't find anything great to talk about this company.
    The challengesConstant public shaming in meetings and even walkways.k They speak as if the managers are good for nothing. Prepare for 24/7 work life. Totally zero work life balance. Visitation to clinic is limited. Zero hospitalisation benefit. Even salary is paid after the current month.

    The challengesTop management treat you like robot and enjoy public shaming. They say they are top EMS but treat employees worse than local companies.

    The company is the definition of disaster.
    The good thingsBasically i did not see any good thing here. Allowances and benefits are considered very normal, please do not expect any surprise here. Only, Certain colleagues are quite good.
    The challengesEndless meeting. Terrible management. Mountain of unnecessary workflow. No room for breathing. Unattractive salary and benefit. If you have reviewed all the previous comments, you will find that the company is still facing the same issue until now. To be honest, there are still many good companies in the market, do not ruin yourself. No value added to yourself, if you enter.
