One of the places where you can grow, learn & hustle.
The good thingsDespite the issues that we are facing, the teamwork within my own dept/team is quite high level. It's became more towards a sibling type of teamwork where we have the same goal & vision + will do what it takes together to achieve it. It is not something you can easily get everywhere. On top of that, the company keeps on evolving which is good for both company & employees.
The challenges1. The language barrier 2. Long hours working time

For younger candidates: if you are unable to work under pressure, this role may not be a good fit.
The good thingsYou will receive a high salary if you are able to work independently.

Fast-Paced Environment with Many Learning Opportunities
The good thingsHave many events organized by HR. About to have a new plant/factory, so advanced technologies will be implemented. Most activities will be traced using a system. Many things to learn while working here. Have miscellaneous allowance.
The challengesThere will be many customers and products to take care of. Work-life balance may be limited. It’s a very fast-paced environment, stressful, and the early stage might be challenging to adapt to, but over time, you will adjust well.

Fast-Paced, Hands-On, and Full of Learning Opportunities
The good thingsA place where you can learn a lot in a short time, especially in manufacturing processes, quality, and customer management. The environment is fast-paced, which trains you to be more resilient, independent, and resourceful. You’ll learn fast here because the exposure is real, and you get to handle responsibilities that truly develop you. It’s a good place for those who want to grow their technical and leadership skills, and continuously add value to themselves to progress. Promotion and bonuses are performance-based, so if you deliver results, your effort is recognised.
The challengesWorkload can be challenging at times because the company is expanding quickly. Processes are still catching up with growth, so you need to be proactive, flexible, and willing to solve problems.

Working under unsecure and unfair environment, for others.
The good thingsFormer management was good and supporting to in operation, listen and discuss with staff before any implementation.
The challengesNew management overbearing, while unable to perform appropriate skills and lack of appropriate knowledge. Never giving or sharing value and useful guide, always accuse subordinate doing wrong and ask to provide solution themself. Moreover, management will take subordinate credit for himself.

Friendly colleagues, but a poor and unfair working environment driven by weak leadership.
The good thingsThe colleagues were genuinely friendly and helpful, and they were the only positive part of my experience.
The challengesThe overall management was disappointing, especially the top leadership — they often talk about change and improvement, but fail to take real action. There is a clear lack of execution and accountability at the top. The work environment felt stressful and demotivating, with unequal treatment across employees in the same role. Pay differences and inconsistent benefits were common, and transparency was lacking. The company culture seemed more focused on squeezing results from employees than supporting their growth. Some of the overly positive reviews seen online may not reflect the actual working experience for most staff.

Work work and work. Dont ever dream for your worklife balance.
The good thingsSalary, salary, and high increment.
The challengesYou need 24hours on call. Need to OT all time. Basically it about work, work, and work. You dont have time for others.
