    Fun and outgoing!!
    The good thingsFun and friendly environment, a lot of fun activities been held. Also, they provide us with free trips across countries and give a lot of incentives. They will always guide us to be success and a lot of mentors will help together in achieving success. A lot of new knowledge also can be learned and have a chance to have 1-1 sessions with our mentors.
    The challengesIt's 100% commission-based and 100% performance based. Yes, it's weekly paid but no basics will be given. Need to be patience a lot and never expecting success will come fast as it will take time.

    No basic salary
    The good thingsEmpolyer ask to be interviewed for second time. They never explain well about working salary in the first interview but only in the second interview after being slected. Salary depends only on sales is not worth it for degree holder like me. If you want to employ a salesman, SPM holder is just enough.
    The challengesHave to go shopping malls and house to house to promote an organization.
