    The challengesA piece of advice about this company. The work culture is highly stressful and demotivating. Management lacks professionalism and often shows favoritism cause certain employees receive special treatment not because of the quality of their work, but because they are personally favored, while others are unfairly criticized. Feedback is rarely constructive, as the boss often scolds and humiliates employees in front of others. If you choose not to respond, you’ll be questioned further. I’m sharing this honestly because isn’t a healthy workplace should be respectful, professional, and supportive? Not one that embarrasses or undermines their employees? There is little appreciation for hard work, and communication from management is often inconsistent and unclear. The constant tension makes it difficult to stay motivated or feel valued. Overall, this is not a healthy workplace unless you are desperate for experience, I would not recommend working here!

    Nothing but DisappointmentOffice politics played a bigger role than performance or effort. Lacks structure, unclear roles, poor internal communication, management avoids accountability. Input from ground staff was rarely considered. Instead of fostering teamwork, the environment encouraged competition in the worst way. All staff stuck and demotivated!

    The challengesTime constraint assignment, too short. Too high expectation on employee No work life balance since work due date is to short. Either sacrifice your after work life or sacrifice the assignment.

    The good thingsI require valuable experience through working here as im able to improve my communication skill through handling the customers.
    The challengesSince we were handling donation items, we need to do a lot of filtration since people are too kind to donate their belongings but some of it are defect items. However at the end, I still feel thankful and proud as Malaysian people still have kindness to help others.

    The good thingsThe supervisor is very patient in teaching the intern and the others department staff are nice even though you have fewer things to do in the period of the intern.
    The challengesThe mood of the tenant and prospect. Sometime they will give you some prospect for you to call them whether they have the interest to expand their business in our shopping mall and you may scold by the tenant or prospect. So that you have to prepare to make your heart stronger.
