Overall, the experience has been good.The good thingsThe environment is pretty chill, the staff are all around the same age range (give/take 10 years), so we get along well. The work/life balance is also good. The parking is easy.
The challengesYou learn a lot in a condensed period of time so be willing to learn. There could be a language barrier if you don't speak a certain language, however, mostly everyone speaks English so it's not really an issue.
