    I’ve been here for almost 5 years. I started in Customer Support and grew into Marketing Lead. There were many ups and downs (跌跌撞撞), but eventually, you’ll get the hang of it. One thing I’ll never forget: I planned an event for months but couldn’t attend last minute due to a family emergency.     The best CS team in the universe!
    The good thingsFriendly work environment where everyone is like family to me. Especially my beloved CS team. They treat you fairly without any bias or racism. The management will listen to your opinion no matter how small it would be. Proud to be in this company.

    Friendly working enviroment
    The good thingsThe boss treats his staffs like his own family member and the working environment in IP ServerOne is very modern and home feel. Very foodie bunch of staffs as we celebrates staff's birthday monthly by hunting for good food place and coffee around our office area. Since we love coffee, we have a very nice coffee machine for staffs to make own coffee with very nicely selected coffee bean.
    The challengesTo perhaps deal with over pampered customers. A bit too friendly colleagues with over friendly conversation.
