    Good for freshies
The good things- Multicultural - Feedback are taken seriously - Growing team
The challenges- Generally very young and inexperienced team (for experienced you will find you spend most of your time teaching others) - As with any young team, they don't know what they don't know - Because feedback are taken seriously, people have learned to use this for political reasons. Often C Levels take it at at face value because they too busy to investigate or know what is actually happening on the ground

    All in one place
The good thingsGreat work space with flexible working hours and fun rooms. All colleagues are friendly and very supportive. Especially in Marketing team, this team is definitely amazing. I've learned a lot. Learning new things about SEO and marketing is fun but it's more fun to get to learned their communication skills. That's the one thing i valued them the most.
The challengesWhat challenge me the most is that how to work and give extra miles from my abilities. I do feel that i need to give something out of the box because everyone seems to give their very best and fight for what they want. But i don't look it as a negative things. At the end of the day, that struggle will makes you a better person than before if you look at it in a positive perspective.

    Bad to worse
The good thingsiPrice is a great place to get started on your career. If you enter with a mindset of learning-all-you-can and use that knowledge to improve the website, then iPrice is the best place to start. iPrice is also big on diversity. They have over 25 nationalities from all over the world! You will get to make connections and friends too.
The challengesIn an attempt to move faster, iPrice management makes impulsive changes without much thought. Often, these knee-jerk reactions sideline hardworking employees particularly in the mid-level positions. Roles and responsibilities can change overnight, making it hard to plan your career path. This causes a high turnover rate and some may find their team changing manager every quarter. iPrice also tries hard to do what other e-commerce sites do. This copy-paste technique ensures little room for originality and creative-thinking.

Making a difference while having fun!
The good things- The diverse culture in the company that is made up of employees coming from more than 20 nationalities. - Everything is so fast paced and there will never be a dull moment. - We have nerf guns in the office! - Suggestions/feedbacks are heard and the management pays attention to the voice of the employees.
The challenges- Because the company is so fast paced, sometimes the things that you are working on becomes irrelevant because the scope of the job may have changed.
