    The good thingsYes, I did. I had a lot enjoyed for working here. Positive environment.
    The challengesAs first time working in here, its kinda hard to handle it but when you go through by following the steps, get guidance by our coach and then it will slowly understand what is the scope of work that we've done before.

    Good starting point for fresh graduate
    The good things- Nice working environment especially R&D and Business Development. - People mostly friendly and nice cafe food. - Helpful MIS department in computer and software troubleshooting.
    The challenges- Self study and self encourage are required to keep yourself on track .

    Not a good place to work for long period
    The good thingsYeah maybe there have something good things in here, maybe for fresh can built they experiance and knowledge like technician or engineer but for built a career i think this is not right place, maybe you can work for 1 or 2 years after that find another company
    The challengesManagement are to bad, top level staff like manager not to serious to take care their worker, like technician they don't provide a good condition work place, they also dont want give a quality equipment for their worker. Boss just know to complain and never to understand the obstacle that worker face it. Salary also to low.

    Good mix of MNC, Taiwanese and China man company experience
    The good thingsPeople are close to your heart, like a family. My superior is very good in taking care of us and defending us. British MD and ED are nice. With some overseas branches and being a public listed company, you feel you are working for a great company. Have factories in China, and whenever you go to China factory, they respect and salute you as you are from HQ, you feel awesome. Company's benefit good
    The challenges1. Sometime the China-Man mentality or management is there. 2. Politics in between department can be felt. 3. Too much dependent on few key customers 4. R&D especially E&E need more fresh blood. 5. Company share price was not doing very good at that time (felt to RM0.30). 6. Some colleagues good in talking but no action. 7. Still not as grand or as good as MNCs. 8. Benefit wise could be improved
