    Great platform!
    The good thingsPeople and the experience I gain. The first thing you need to have to stay at one workplace happily is how the people react towards you. Are they friendly? Yes, they are in IQVIA! The experience you gain in IQVIA is good enough to make your CV look fabulous when you apply for a hire position in other companies. IQVIA is a great platform especially for beginners like me to learn more about clinical research.
    The challengesThe timelines to complete every tasks are very limited since this is a healthcare related industry. Everything had to be done on time without any errors. Sometimes, need to stay back to work extra time but that is fine if you love what you do.

    The good thingsoverall experience was good and employee needs were taken care off. Supported teams during difficult encounters and hiccups.
    The challengesHR was based in spore, therefore initial hiring process was clumsy and rush.
