    Gain new experience why they implemented ISO in proper order
    The good thingsLife work balance implemented in company culture. Working in construction industries nowdays are very challenging & stressful especially for women, but you manage to overcome the stressful condition with good company culture and benefit.
    The challengesTo deal or liase with senior staff in order to enforce/implement new procedure due to they stick with old / previous culture.
