Red, White and GreyThe good thingsI liked that the company made effort to build teamwork spirit among the staff, through the Sports and Recreation club. The company is family-owned, but the family are very down to earth people with no airs. After getting to know them, you get a sense that, of course they expect the staff to perform excellently, but they (especially the founder) also do care for the welfare of the staff.
The challengesAs a working mom, I personally found the strict clock-in policy rather stressful, as I needed to send my child to school in the mornings, and due to unpredictable traffic jam, I end up being late for work. I thought it'd be great if the company would consider flexible working hours for it's staff, or even some work from home schemes.
