    The challengesThe working culture of doing overtime. Most company in Malaysia did this, which I disagree. Compared to Western countries, they productively use their working hours instead of doing overtime and not being fully utilize the working hours.

    The good thingsBosses from the top management are friendly, open-minded and down to earth person. It is a company with supportive and flexible environment that emphasize on work-life balanced, at the same time, it does provide staff with various opportunities to learn and grow for personal development, through joining clubs and societies established under the name of the company. Also, unlike some other corporate, there is less office politics here.
    The challengesSame as most of the corporate, one of the challenges working is the problem of existing bureaucracies across department. In terms of working location, Mont Kiara is not a place with easy access to public transportation for those who do not own a car, but the company do provide free pick-up service for staff at Masjid Jamek LRT station.

    The good thingsI liked that the company made effort to build teamwork spirit among the staff, through the Sports and Recreation club. The company is family-owned, but the family are very down to earth people with no airs. After getting to know them, you get a sense that, of course they expect the staff to perform excellently, but they (especially the founder) also do care for the welfare of the staff.
    The challengesAs a working mom, I personally found the strict clock-in policy rather stressful, as I needed to send my child to school in the mornings, and due to unpredictable traffic jam, I end up being late for work. I thought it'd be great if the company would consider flexible working hours for it's staff, or even some work from home schemes.

    The good thingsMy first job, got exposed to accounting software. Great for starter.
    The challengesThere are quite a barrier between department. Lack of knowledge pass down from previous employee. Some technology to generate report are old & hard to use. The building & report keeping is a mess.
