    Most dispointed company who handle 1.13Bilion project.
    The good thingsSalary on time, Outstation claim very-very late to reimburse. Don't know what human resources doing, when we tell HR not enough staff to completed work, seem they deaf. Top management seem not give cooperation to working level. Too much politic. Night mare working here.
    The challengesNo career development. No welfare. Putting wrong management in wrong place. Must fo alone whithout being guide. What a shame.

    The challengesSince 2018, the working environment turn hostile with too much politics on the HOD and top management level. Too much finger pointing and finding faults and do not value the loyalty of their workers

    The good thingsGood Management and average working experience. We still can balance work and life especially to those married employees. Working time flexible (except manufacturing department) on the weekdays & off in the weekends. Most employees are women.
    The challengesYearly increment just resume after few years of waiting. This company have to maintain the benefits in order to restore the positive vibes in employees.
