    Working at Ironway Resources has been a rewarding experience with a young, energetic team, valuable exposure to industrial projects, and performance incentives, while also challenging me to grow through tight deadlines that strengthen teamwork
    The good things1) Young and energetic team, creating a positive workplace vibe 2) Good exposure to industrial and construction projects, especially dealing with MNC clients 3) Performance rewards and incentives are provided when company goals are achieved
    The challengesProjects often require tight deadlines, so time management is very important-but it also builds strong teamwork

    Poor management and organization
    The good thingsWorking environment with good atmosphere and new working place. also, got snack to enjoy to eat at same time doing job.
    The challengesTh management should improve so that the staff are clear with 1 instruction only which is from the director. Plus, the weekly/daily meeting shall be implied in order to ensure all project team in a loop. Please reduce office politic to ensure worker comes and go within 3 months.
