    You must be great in all aspects to reach the top
    The good thingsIt's a growing company with future prospect linked to Malaysia's software industry. Many projects on hand that need more experienced executives thus it's easy to go to the top if you are able to deliver what this company need.
    The challengesCompany should focus more on core products. Lacking of executives that can efficiently improve product management life cycle and standard operating procedure make it pretty hard to see where the company is heading.
