The good thingsThe working environment is good. A good co-worker at the same level. Malay company which easy to apply off-day for Muslim Celebration day. Very flexible and friendly staffs.
The challengesThe current economy affects the company profit and causes a lot of pressure to get higher profit. Need to be independent in most of the work and be a well manage person with a lot of different projects need to be run at the same times.

The good thingsWe have a family like bond between the company staff. There is always a function or occasion where we will gather all staff, either their are from PROFESS or GTL. This bond is very good as it create a very harmony working environment that is very good, especially for those who just start working and they need a good foundation as starter.
The challengesThere is no challenge as for me. However, since it is a company that work depending on client request there is always a situation where someone will feel like they need to master everything in a very short time. For someone who is have a calm personality, working in fast paced environment can be stressful to them. This is a situation that not the company need to improve rather it is the worker itself.

    Mentally and intellectually challenging
The good thingsI am able to do what i want to without being restrained by rules and regulations and having fun along it. The ethics and etiquette of being a professional employee is being coached here with detailed instructions. They molding us to be the future leader of tomorrow and equipping us the tools, skills and abilities that essential for being hired by employer.
The challengesTime constraints, not having enough time to the given task in quality but the quantity is keep increasing. By doing so the constantly challenge our mind to see how far we can innovate and being creative. Effective and efficiency are playing major role here because we do not have time to waste.

The kind of work where I only do what I need to do without unnecessary, time-wasting tasks.
The good thingsComfortable working environment, decent colleagues, and great food outlets. Despite being only an intern, I had the opportunity to at least expose myself on what it is like to be in a working environment, in terms of the expected work results, dress codes, communication among people with different ranks and also the written and unwritten culture of the organization.
The challengesThe working hours are too long for me, given that I am not a morning person, therefore it slightly degenerates my health. Besides that, the organization's culture does not seem to be congruent with my beliefs.
