The kind of work where I only do what I need to do without unnecessary, time-wasting tasks.The good thingsComfortable working environment, decent colleagues, and great food outlets. Despite being only an intern, I had the opportunity to at least expose myself on what it is like to be in a working environment, in terms of the expected work results, dress codes, communication among people with different ranks and also the written and unwritten culture of the organization.
The challengesThe working hours are too long for me, given that I am not a morning person, therefore it slightly degenerates my health. Besides that, the organization's culture does not seem to be congruent with my beliefs.
