    The good thingsYou will able to develop good training that provided by HR such as train-the-mentor, problem solving courses, report writing, train your skills in ISO9001 and able to improve your practice in mid-large size company. There are opportunity to work in Japan as well with japanese proficiency. Chinese language is obviously an added advantage (China & Japan & Msia)
    The challengesThe workload is high, mostly needed to stay extra hours to finish up work. However, learning to handle these are part of the workload. Salary is low at start but will rise depending on performance & attendence

    The good things1) Well communication between colleague. 2) Can learn and get extra knowledge from other department such as Production, R&D and so on. 3) Periodically audit to supplier factory. 4) Good co-operation between superior and sub-coordinate.
    The challenges1) During Production process facing quality issue, need to pull out all the components from Production if found that the component is facing quality issue. 2) During analyze the reject component whether is caused by supplier or internal process. 3) To ensure there are no mixture for the ok and reject component during pull out from Production floor.

    The good thingshave a chance to be a trainer to the workers in that company and attend external training based on my job responsibilities to enhance my skills and knowledge
    The challengesTo give training to all workers about quality training. The challenges is I need to be a trainer since I never have an experience about that.
