    The challengesThere are very limited parking spaces, and the allowance always takes much times to be debited, the superior are motivated person, however often develop a bad habits towards his subordinates, which are not appropriates for others. Maybe, its just happen at my department and i'm generalize the whole departments in the building.

    The good thingsEnvironment and the staff basically are open to all sorts of ides and shared good amount of information to let you do your job or part. Each and every department will have different task but requires all to work alongside in order to make the company excel further.
    The challengesIf you are working at a corporate world for the first time, it might seem hard to blend in, but as things goes on you wouldn't notice it anymore. People are willing to help you in settling in and your job at most.
