    The good thingsWide exposure to various field and types of people. You learn a lot because you do everything the company have. If your in a department with customer relation attribute be ready to handle everything from sales & marketing, event planing, asset management and even logistics.
    The challengesThe down side of have a lot of exposure, you focus tends to go of path and some time you would be over whelm with task and things to settle at a very short time spend. Because you handle a lot of thing, there will always not be enough time and you'll have to cope with the stress.
